Step1

The user enters his/her personal PIN code or swipes an ID/staff card in front of a reader to access the rfid intelligent key cabinet. Of course, users can also choose biometric authentication to log in quickly and securely.

Step2

The user selects the key he wants to use. If the user has permission to this key, the system unlocks to release this key. If the user does not have permission, the user cannot remove this key, which continues to remain locked in place.

Step3

To return the key, the user does not need to enter his/her personal PIN code again, just swipe the RFID card on key ring in front of the card reader to unlock the door.

Audit trails and event reports can be viewed and manipulated on-screen, mobile, or computer.
